What's a credit?
Each credit unlocks one animation slot in your library. That slot is permanent — re-export the hex anytime, tweak it freely, no expiry.
Free vs paid
Every chassis has at least two free presets — the factory pattern plus an intro custom. You don't need a credit to flash those. Credits unlock the premium curated presets and let you save your own configurator builds.
Refunds
Credits are non-refundable digital goods. If you have a payment issue or your card was charged in error, contact Paddle (the merchant of record) via the receipt email — they handle refunds case-by-case. See full policy .
