Credits are digital goods. They unlock animation slots in your library the moment your payment clears, and they are non-refundable. Browse the catalogue and try the configurator for free before you buy — you don't need to spend a credit to confirm the app does what you expect.
By completing checkout you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and you waive the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period for digital downloads.
Payment issues
If you were charged in error, double-charged, or the checkout glitched between Paddle and our database, contact Paddle directly via the receipt email they sent you. Paddle is the merchant of record for every Beamw purchase and they resolve payment-error refunds at their discretion — usually within a few business days.
If something on our side broke (a credit didn't land in your library after a successful charge, the slot won't unlock the animation you paid for, etc.) email soryngitlan@gmail.com first. That's usually a webhook we missed processing, and it's a one-minute fix — no need to involve Paddle at all.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost the seller a fixed fee regardless of outcome and take 8–12 weeks to resolve through the card network. A direct conversation is faster for both sides — if there's something we got wrong, we'd rather hear about it and fix it than read about it from Paddle weeks later.
