30-day guarantee
If the Pro unlock doesn't work for your car — whether the animations don't load, your model isn't supported the way you expected, or BimmerCode rejects the bytes — we'll refund you in full within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked, no forms.
How to request one
Email soryngitlan@gmail.com with the email address you used to register and a one-line reason (so we can fix the underlying issue for the next person). We process refunds within 3 business days. The refund returns to your original payment method via Paddle — that usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your account
When we refund you, your Pro flag is removed and you return to the free tier. Any custom animations you saved remain in your account; you'll just lose the ability to export hex or save new ones until you re-upgrade. If you want the account deleted entirely, say so in the same email — see the Privacy policy for what we delete.
After 30 days
We don't offer refunds beyond 30 days. The window exists so you can test the app on your actual car — after that, you've had time to confirm it works.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, email us first — a refund takes a day, a chargeback takes weeks and gets flagged by Paddle. We'd rather just fix it.
